Anthony, son of John and Lydia (Cushman) Waterman, was born in Plympton, MA on June 23, 1716. He died in Halifax, MA on December 1, 1769 and is buried in Sturtevant Cemetery in Halifax.
He married Hannah Vaughan, daughter of Elisha and Joanna (Morton) Vaughan, in Halifax on February 26, 1735/6.
=== Probate ===The will of Anthony Waterman of Halifax, yeoman was dated 28 October 1769 and proved on 5 March 1770 in Plymouth. He mentions his "well beloved wife" but not by name (executor), his mother, Lydia Waterman, his children, Anthony Waterman, Elisha Waterman, Joanna Sturtevant, Sarah Washburn, and Phebe Waterman, and his grandchildren, Paul and Eliphalet Sturtevant.
