Sarah Gardner was the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Gardner of Salem. [Gardner, Frank Augustine. Thomas Gardner, Planter (Cape Ann, 1623-1626; Salem, 1626-1674) and Some of Descendants: Salem, Massachusetts, Essex Institute, 1907, [http://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Gardner-159-20 page 20]]
She married Benjamin Balch [Great Migration Begins, pg. 734; Sarah, b. about 1627; m. about 1650 as his first of three wives Benjamin Balch, son of John Balch.], son of John Balch and they became the parents of 11 children.
Sarah Balch died on Apr. 5, 1686.
