She married William Gayer about 1672 on Nantucket Island. Their children were Damaris (b. 1673), Dorcas (b. 1675), and William (b. 1677). She died on Nantucket in October 1696. == Research Notes ==That Dorcas (Starbuck) Gayer died in 1696 is "according to tradition," writes William C.
