  == Biography ==John, son of John and Abigail (Kimball) Severans, was born in Salisbury, Norfolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony on 24 Sepember 1647; He married Mary _____, of unknown origin, in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony on 15 August 1672; John,2 (John,1) Severans died in Bedford, New York (or Deerfield, Hampshire, Massachusetts) after 1713 or 1714 Currently his unsourced death in this profile occurred in Bedford, Westchester, New York Colony, however an 1893 text suggests that he removed to Bedford Massachusetts Bay Colony and at life's end he removed back to Deerfield around 1713-14 to end his days in the home of his son Joseph. Another more compelling text [https://archive.org/details/yourancestorsnat13unse/page/242/mode/1up] has John and Mary in the 1710 Census of Bedford, New York with Mary Dibble their daughter, a widow.
