| Unknown-177037 and Bourne-387 do not represent the same person because: I do NOT think the two profiles you have proposed merging are for the same person. Despite the similarity in names of their children, the children are different. |

Biography
=== Parentage; Date and Place of Birth ===Ann Bourne was the daughter of Thomas Bourne and Elizabeth (Unknown) Bourne. As discussed in her father's profile, the origin of the family has not been determined and, as a result, no birth or baptismal record has been definitively associated with her. Based on her parents' estimated date of marriage (1607), her sister Margaret's estimated date of birth (1608) and the date of her marriage (December 1639/40), she was probably born sometime in 1609-1622, with a midpoint of about 1615. Per the discussion in the profile for her father, the theory that the family originated in Kent was based on a misreading of his will and their place of origin is unknown, although presumably in England.
=== Given Name ===No record has been found that refers to her as Sarah Ann Bourne or Sarah Ann Smith. According to H. Allen Smith, the New Haven Colony church records refer to her as Sarah, but all other records in all other jurisdictions refer to her as Ann. H. Allen Smith stated that her full name was "doubtless" Sarah Ann; however, while possible, that conclusion is actually quite speculative.
=== Immigration ===As discussed in her father's profile, her father probably immigrated to the Plymouth Colony with his family sometime in 1636-1637. It is likely that Ann immigrated with him. The first record of her, however, is her marriage in January 1639/40.
=== Marriage and Children ===Ann Bourne married Nehemiah Smith on January 21, 1639/40. They were no doubt technically married in the town of Plymouth, rather than Marshfield, because the town of Marshfield was not incorporated until 1640. Prior to that time, it was a part of the town of Plymouth known as Greenes Harbor.
Ann and Nehemiah had the following children:# Elizabeth, b. 1641 (based on date of marriage, 1645 as suggested by H.Allen Smith seems incorrect), m. December 10, 1659 Joshua Raymond, d. May 1, 1711 in New London, Connecticut# Sarah, b. about 1642, bpt. December 14, 1645 in New Haven# Mary, b. about 1642, bpt. December 14, 1645 in New Haven, m. Samuel Raymond, living in 1700 at Norwich, Connecticut, d. before April 1704# Hannah, b. about 1644, bpt. December 14, 1645 in New Haven# Mercy, b. about 1645, bpt. February 22, 1645/6 in New Haven# Nehemiah, bpt. October 24, 1646 at New Haven, Connecticut, m. October 24, 1669 Lydia Winchester# Lydia, b. about 1647, alive in 1680
# Ann# Mehitable, b. July 4, 1655 at Marshfield, Massachusetts,, m. November 1, 1677 Joshua Abell, d. March 14, 1684/5 at Norwich, Connecticut Colony
=== Death ===The last record that refers to Ann (Bourne) Smith is a New London, Connecticut record dated January 12, 1684. Therefore Ann died sometime after that date.
