its been awhile..
but today I bought a mountain bike because running was hurting my knees..
it was $80 and seems decent.. now I just need to train the dog to run beside it and i’m sweet

well, its decent except my ass hurts now!

I cycled down the road and caught up with my old friend from BCNZ, Herbert, which was great.
